This is a lovely piece. I love working with spoons. I took a spoon handle and sprayed it with gold then over laid that with a clear glitter spray and finally sealing with a clear sealant. On this golden, glittering spoon I added white resin roses. One is attached to a heart with rhinestones. The other is hung from a golden ring. Behind the spoon is a dangle of malaysian jade yellow beads, clear glass rondelles with a 14kt yellow gold bead. From that dangle a white resin star with gold accents and a gold brass leaf dangle hang. The chain is gold plated silver with a large lobster claw clasp. I absolutely love making wearable art jewelry from items I find in estate sales, flea markets and antique shops. Each piece of jewelry that I make is a one of a kind piece. I never duplicate so the wearer will have the experience of never seeing it on another while wearing it.Each of the major shipping services has a deadline that packages must be shipped by in order to arrive by Christmas Day.
